Liqua-Tech Corporation warrants to the Purchaser of new Liqua-Tech Meters and Measuring Chambers, that any Meter or Measuring Chamber installed in accordance with our instructions and used for the purpose intended, in which the Measuring Chamber proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use and service within thirty-six (36) months from the date of installation, with a maximum throughput of:

or whichever comes first, is expressly limited to repair or replacement of the Measuring Chamber at Liqua-Tech's option. This warranty does not cover removal or reinstallation costs.
To qualify for the extended three year warranty, the Purchaser must completely fill out the Extended Warranty Card and return it directly to Liqua-Tech within 15 days of purchase. Yearly strainer maintenance and yearly Measuring Chamber calibration is required.
IF THE EXTENDED WARRANTY CARD IS NOT RETURNED THE THREE YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY WILL NOT BE VALIDATED. ALL PARTS NOT COVERED BY THE THREE YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY WILL BE COVERED UNDER LIQUA-TECH'S STANDARD WARRANTY.
This warranty does not cover any part which, has been subject to accident, alteration, misuse, negligence, improper installation, operation or maintenance. Liqua-Tech shall not be liable for damages as a result of, but not limited to, loss of product or profit, inconvenience, business interruption or other consequential damage of any kind. Any defect in said equipment must be brought to the attention of the distributor or source from which it was purchased.
The foregoing conditional three year extended warranty and limitation for liability and damage subersedes and is in lieu of the standard warranty on Liqua-Tech Flowmeters and Measuring Chambers only, and causes of action for damages, expressed, implied or statutory, with respect to quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, is the sole and exclusive remedy for the Purchaser of any new Liqua-Tech Flowmeter or Measuring Chamber. Liqua-Tech Corporation neither assumes or authorizes any person to assume for it any other obligation or liability in connection with said equipment.
