Internationally recognized for our superior flowmeter replacement parts, Liqua-Tech now offers the Model LPM-200 LP Gas liquid flowmeter. Designed for tank trucks and bulk plants, the LPM-200 offers the widest flow range (20-100 gpm) available in a meter of this type. In addition, the LPM-200 utilizes all ductile iron housing castings for unequaled reliability, durability and many years of low maintenance truck use.

The LPM-200 is completely compatible with the Neptune Type 4D 2" flowmeter; both its external dimensions and its internal parts.

- Primary Features -

At the heart of the model LPM-200 flowmeter is the superior Liqua-Tech Measuring Chamber with our original, hard coated piston with special dense metal oxide finish and hardened, steel bearing shaft field proven in thousands of installations. In addition, the Liqua-Tech measuring chamber is now available with the new, patented Trac-Bearing for improved accuracy, reliability and lower maintenance.

Veeder-Root® register (printing or counter only) for field proven reliability and lowest operating torque.

Exclusive Liqua-Tech Gear calibration plate (VRA-205, VRA-201) which offers Neptune style change gears for calibration with the Veeder-Root register.

RATE OF FLOW: 20 to 100 gpm (80 to 380 lpm) maximum.

WORKING PRESSURE: 350 psi (24 bar) maximum (24.6 kg/cm2).

DIRECTION OF FLOW: Standard assembly has inlet at left rear, outlet to right. Many other combinations are possible to suit the installation.

CONNECTIONS: Inlet check valve and outlet differential pressure valve have 2" female pipe threads.

REGISTER & CALIBRATION: Veeder-Root® model 789002-002 with special Liqua-Tech VRA-205 or VRA-201 Gear calibration plate.

UNITS OF MEASURE: Calibration in U.S. gallons or liters.

RESET WHEEL CAPACITY: 9.999.9 gallons (99999 liters).

PRINTING WHEEL CAPACITY: Model 7890 - 9,999.9 gallons (99999 liters).

TOTALIZER CAPACITIES: 9,999,999 gallons (99,999,999 liters).

TEMPERATURE COMPENSATOR: Compensates to 60F (15C).

RANGE: -10F to 125 F (-3 C to 52 C).

WEIGHT: Temperature Compensated, Direct Reading Reset Counter with Zero-start Printer and Totalizer (Veeder-Root® Register Model 7890) 205 Lbs. (93 Kgs.).
